Iron Cauldron is owned and operated by Heidi Tucker in the State of Maine, United States.

Intellectual property. All artwork, sculpts, designs, photography, written work, characters, names, and world materials associated with Iron Cauldron and The Obsidian Saga are the property of Heidi Tucker. This includes the Obsidian Saga novels, The Fates oracle deck and app, all 3D-printed designs, and all associated artwork and text.

None of it may be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission. This includes reproducing physical pieces by scanning, casting, moulding, or 3D modelling.

Trademarks. Iron Cauldron and The Obsidian Saga are used as trademarks of the business. Any other product or company names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy. I work to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Errors do occur, and I reserve the right to correct them, including after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order, I'll contact you before proceeding.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
