Shipping policy

Iron Cauldron ships within the United States only.

Processing time. Every piece in the shop is already made and in hand - nothing is produced to order. Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.

One of a kind. Most Iron Cauldron pieces exist in a quantity of one. When a piece sells, it is gone. If something is showing in the shop, it is available and ready to go out.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit. If a piece arrives broken or damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. See the Refund Policy for details.

Delivery issues. If tracking shows delivered and you don't have your order, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact me and I'll help open a claim with the carrier.
