Returns & Refunds

Every piece from Iron Cauldron is one of a kind. Each one is designed, printed, finished, and packed by hand, and no two come out exactly alike. Because of that, all sales are final, and I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.

What "handmade" means here

These are hand-finished objects, not factory goods. You may see faint layer lines, small variations in paint or finish, and slight differences in colour depending on the light you view them in. On UV-reactive and glow pieces, the colour under normal light is different from the colour under UV or in the dark. These are characteristics of the process, not defects, and they're part of why each piece is unique.

Please read the full description and look closely at the photos before ordering. If you have a question about size, colour, or finish, message me before you buy — I'd much rather answer it first.

If your order arrives damaged

This is the exception. If a piece arrives broken or damaged in transit, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. I'll refund you in full.

Because each piece exists only once, I usually can't send a replacement — but you won't be left holding a broken piece you paid for.

If your order doesn't arrive

All orders ship with tracking. If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact me and I'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact me before the order ships and I'll cancel and refund it. Once it's shipped, the sale is final.
